1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking information.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

  • Remote/Rural Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays like weather, strikes, or courier issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free shipping)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹50 COD charge (if applicable)

Free shipping may be applicable on certain promotional offers or above a specific order value.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order in real-time using the provided link.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 2 times.

  • If the delivery is not successful, the package will be returned to us.

  • Re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • In case of damage, share photos of the packaging and product within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Change in Shipping Address

  • Changes to shipping address can be made before the order is dispatched.

  • Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
