1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are available
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Innerwear, accessories, or customized items (if applicable)
- Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Order number
- Product photos
- Reason for return
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days
Approved returns may be picked up by our courier partner or may require self-shipping depending on your location.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after successful inspection of the returned item.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
6. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Shipping Charges on Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), return shipping charges will be borne by Fashion Gram.
- For other eligible returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
