Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HypeHaven. We aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You can initiate a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, accessories, and invoices intact.

  • Certain items like undergarments, accessories, sale items, and personalized products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Reason for return

    • Photo(s) of the product (in case of damage/defect)

  3. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send any item back without prior confirmation from our team.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved:

    • Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be made via UPI/Bank Transfer after confirmation of account details.

4. Replacements and Exchanges

We offer free replacement for:

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective product

For size or color exchanges (if applicable), return shipping may be charged.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.

  • Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You can, however, request a return after delivery (subject to return policy).

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, wrong size ordered), return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
